DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR PRODUCTS?

Yes, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products as long as you return the product in good condition with the original packaging materials. You would be responsible for the return postage.
Please contact us by e-mail so we may provide you with the correct Return Address as we have different warehouses. Include your name, address, phone number and Order number. NOTE: With some items, there will be a restocking fee of up to 15%.

All of our GLASSWARE products are shipped via DHL. They are usually shipped within 1-2 business days.
We offer 2nd-Day Shipping at a cost of $20 to $50 or more additional, depending on weight and destination.
Please e-mail us for an estimate before ordering, with the destination and product(s) being ordered, if you wish to use this option. Our Pewter products are shipped via USPS and also ship within 1-2 business days. You can expect your order to arrive in approximately 5 to 10 business days, depending on destination.
